Angry Birds, the Movie or the Watermelon?

And just in time for the Angry Birds the movie, here is “Big Red” carved in watermelon (gotta’ love the little carrot feet)!  Clive felt it was time to do sculpt one for the kids –  Angry Birds Watermelon!    

Pumpkin Carvers on CBC Radio and Pumpkins at Oakridge Mall

Clive, along with fellow carvers Craig Mutch, Bruce Waugh and Roger Chaisson got together to carve 16 large Atlantic Giant Pumpkins for a showing at Oakridge Mall,  organized by Sandemons’ David Billings.  Margaret Gallagher of CBC Radio interviewed carvers for airing on their morning show on October 28th (link below): http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/halloween-pumpkin-carving-10-tips-from-the-masters-1.2815312

The Alligator Watermelon Carving trend, continues to grow.  We are receiving many hits today from Voice.fi (Voice Finland) and from the article featured in The Province newpaper (Sunday, June 15, 2014)!  Article was very well written, by reporter Sam Cooper (not related). Breakfast Television, CityTV – Pumpkin Carving

City TV (Breakfast Television) is arriving next week to film Clive in action!  You’ll see from our website that he’s already been bashing out a few pumpkins this season!  Here’s one that I personally love, “The Executioner” carved from about a 50lb Atlantic Giant Pumpkin.  Awesome.
